Welcome to the upgraded 311 App! This upgrade, which occurred on July 14, 2026, brings a new look and feel with improved features, while maintaining the same reliable 311 service. • You now have the ability to upload up to three pictures to enhance service request details. • AI capability suggests the most accurate service based on the photo(s) or description. • Improved location accuracy will help locate issues and reduce duplication, creating efficiencies for City departments and 311 agents. • You now have the ability to ‘Bookmark’ other reports allowing for improved transparency of submissions on duplicate requests. • The addition of 'Information only' topics will provide details to help direct you to the right place. Thank you for your continued usage of the City of Edmonton’s 311 app. By continuing to report non-emergency City issues to 311, you help impact maintenance schedules, enforce local bylaws which helps keep Edmonton safe, supported and maintained.

Edmonton Transit: Traveling to Events

Every summer Edmonton comes alive with a multitude of Festivals and Events. Many which have limited parking. Edmonton Transit can help transport you to and from events without all that time spent searching for a parking spot. Often events are held at locations already serviced by regular transit routes. To plan a trip using these services you can use the Trip Planner, selecting the date, time and location you are traveling to. https://TripPlanner.Edmonton.ca/ Some events work with Edmonton Transit to set up shuttle buses or special routes for their events. These shuttles often travel to locations where Park & Ride or alternative parking is available. To find out if the event you are traveling to has any special transit service check our Transit Events page. https://Edmonton.ca/ETSEvents Note: Not all events are displayed at one time so if you do not see your event check back closer to the event date to see if it has been added.

Facility Closures Due to Recent Storms

Due to recent storms and subsequent flooding multiple City of Edmonton facilities have had to close all or part of their facilities. Facility staff are hard at work cleaning and repairing areas that were affected by the flooding to reopen as soon as possible. To check if a facility has reopened the Facility Notifications tool can be used. This is regularly updated with information for both planned and unexpected closures or changes to operations. This tool is also used by 311 Agents to provide information. https://coewebapps.edmonton.ca/FacilityNotifications/ To use the Facility Notification Tool: - Use the Drop Down Menu to select what type of facility you are looking for information on. For example: Attractions. - Use the secondary Drop Down Menu to select the facility. For example: Muttart Conservatory. - Once selected you will be able to see the details about the facility. - Select any of the notices to see additional details. - If the page indicates "no notifications exist at this time" that signifies that there are currently no closures at the facility.
